120 m³/h Concrete Batching Plant Successfully Exported to Malaysia

A Malaysian infrastructure enterprise, which undertook a large-scale highway expansion project, was in urgent need of a set of efficient and stable concrete mixing equipment to meet the project’s daily demand for a large amount of concrete. It clearly required that the equipment should be adaptable to the local high-temperature and rainy climate and comply with relevant industry standards in Malaysia.

In response to the customer’s needs, we set up a special technical team and first optimized the core components of the 120 m³/h concrete batching plant. Considering the local high-temperature weather, a high-efficiency heat dissipation system was installed for the mixing host to prevent equipment failures caused by continuous high-temperature operation. In view of the rainy conditions, waterproof sealing treatment was applied to the electrical control system to ensure stable operation of the equipment in a humid environment. During the equipment production process, strict adherence to international quality standards was maintained. Each component underwent multiple inspections, and full-process quality traceability was implemented from raw material procurement to finished product assembly.

After the equipment was delivered, we dispatched professional technicians to Malaysia for on-site installation and commissioning, and provided a one-week systematic training for the customer’s operators, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, and fault diagnosis. During the subsequent use, a 24-hour online service mechanism was established to promptly respond to customer inquiries and ensure the continuous and stable operation of the equipment. The customer reported that the batching plant fully met the project construction needs, with high concrete production efficiency and stable quality, effectively ensuring the project progress.
