15m Telescopic Boom Forklift Exported to the Philippines

A Philippine port logistics enterprise often encountered the demand for handling large and irregular goods during the cargo handling process. Traditional forklifts had limited operation radius and insufficient flexibility, which could not meet the requirements. Therefore, it purchased a 15m telescopic boom forklift from us, requiring the forklift to have a long telescopic boom length and large load-bearing capacity, and be able to realize multi-angle and high-difficulty cargo handling operations. At the same time, it needed to comply with the local equipment safety standards in the Philippines, and the enterprise hoped that we could provide timely technical support.โ€‹

To meet the customer’s special handling needs, we carried out special R&D and design for the 15m telescopic boom forklift. High-strength alloy steel was used to make the telescopic boom, which ensured sufficient load-bearing capacity while ensuring the boom length, enabling it to easily handle large and heavy goods. The hydraulic drive system of the telescopic boom was optimized to realize the smooth telescoping and accurate positioning of the telescopic boom, improving the operation flexibility of the forklift and meeting the demand for multi-angle cargo handling. In terms of safety performance, in strict accordance with the Philippine equipment safety standards, the forklift was equipped with safety devices such as overload protection and emergency stop to ensure operation safety.โ€‹

During the production process, the forklift underwent multiple load tests and operation simulation tests, and the equipment performance was continuously optimized to ensure that it could meet the customer’s complex handling scenario needs. After the equipment was exported to the Philippines, our technicians quickly arrived at the customer’s port to carry out equipment installation and commissioning. According to the common cargo types of the customer, on-site demonstrations of handling operations for different goods were conducted, and the operators were guided to master the equipment use skills proficiently. In addition, a 24-hour technical support hotline was established to promptly answer the customer’s questions encountered during the equipment use process. After the 15m telescopic boom forklift was put into port operations, it effectively solved the customer’s complex cargo handling problems
