100-120 TPH Limestone Crushing Plant for Tanzania

A Tanzanian customer, deeply involved in the mining sector, recently paid a visit to Sinotech Groups. The customer ordered a complete set of high – efficiency crushing plants. This crushing plant is designed specifically for the harsh conditions of mining operations. It consists of a vibrating feeder, a jaw crusher, a cone crusher, and a vibrating screen, all integrated to form a seamless production line.​

The vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously feed large – sized rocks into the jaw crusher, which has a large crushing ratio and can reduce rocks with a maximum size of 1200 mm to particles of around 100 – 200 mm. The cone crusher then further refines these particles, producing a more uniform product. The vibrating screen, with its adjustable screening mesh, can separate the crushed materials into different sizes according to the customer’s needs.​

During the visit, our team provided a detailed demonstration of the plant’s operation. The Tanzanian customer closely observed the crushing process and was able to touch and examine the equipment.

Our technicians explained the maintenance requirements, such as the regular replacement intervals of wear-resistant parts like the crusher’s jaws and cones. We also shared case studies of similar crushing plants operating successfully in other African mining regions.

The customer was impressed by the plant’s high-output capacity, which can reach up to 500 tons per hour, and its energy-efficient design. This order is a significant step in our efforts to support the development of the mining industry in Tanzania.
