5 Ton Off-road Forklift Exported to Mexico
Due to the complex terrain of the park, with many mountainous and muddy roads, a Mexican agricultural plantation had difficulty in normal operation of traditional forklifts in the park. It was in urgent need of a 5-ton off-road forklift for agricultural product handling and material transportation, requiring the forklift to have strong off-road performance and climbing ability. At the same time, it should be able to adapt to the climate conditions of large temperature differences in Mexico, and the equipment should be easy to maintain.
To meet the customer’s needs, we carried out a targeted design for the 5-ton off-road forklift. Large-diameter off-road tires were used to increase the friction between the tires and the ground, improving the forklift’s passing ability on muddy and rough roads. The chassis structure was optimized to increase the ground clearance of the forklift, enhancing its off-road performance and climbing ability, and ensuring that it could drive smoothly in the complex terrain of the plantation. Considering the large temperature difference in the local area, the engine cooling system and lubrication system of the forklift were improved to ensure the stable operation of the equipment in both high and low temperature environments. At the same time, the equipment structure was simplified, and the number of vulnerable components was reduced to facilitate the customer’s daily maintenance.
In the production process, the forklifts were produced in strict accordance with quality standards. Each forklift underwent multiple rounds of performance tests and on-site test drives to ensure that it met the customer’s operation needs. After the equipment was exported to Mexico, our technical team followed up in a timely manner to provide installation, commissioning, and operation training services. After the off-road forklift was put into use, it perfectly adapted to the complex terrain of the plantation, effectively solved the problem of agricultural product handling, and improved the operation efficiency.
