21m Custom Concrete Placing Boom Exported to Nigeria

A Nigerian construction company faced the problem of limited concrete placing range during the construction of a high-rise residential project, as traditional placing equipment could not meet the construction requirements. Therefore, it proposed a demand for a custom 21m concrete placing boom to us, while requiring the equipment to have strong corrosion resistance to adapt to Nigeria’s humid climate and be convenient for transportation and installation.โ€‹

Upon receiving the demand, we immediately conducted research and carried out a special design for the structure of the 21m concrete placing boom based on the actual conditions of the customer’s project construction site, such as spatial layout and building height. High-strength wear-resistant steel was used to make the placing boom arm, which ensured the load-bearing capacity of the equipment while reducing the overall weight of the equipment, facilitating transportation and installation. Anti-corrosion coatings were sprayed on the key components of the equipment to enhance corrosion resistance and extend the service life of the equipment. In addition, the rotating mechanism of the placing boom was optimized to improve the flexibility and accuracy of concrete placing, ensuring that concrete could be accurately delivered to the designated construction location.โ€‹

In the production process, strict quality control was implemented throughout. Professional quality inspectors were assigned to supervise each process to ensure that all performance parameters of the equipment met the design standards. After the equipment arrived in Nigeria, our technical team overcame the limitations of local construction conditions, efficiently completed the equipment installation and commissioning work, and provided on-site guidance for the customer’s personnel on operation. After the placing boom was put into use, it perfectly solved the customer’s concrete placing problem, significantly improved the placing efficiency, and the construction progress was ahead of schedule, which was highly recognized by the customer.
