3.5 Ton Forklift Exported to Indonesia

With the expansion of its business scale, an Indonesian logistics and warehousing enterprise experienced a significant increase in cargo handling volume. The existing forklift equipment was insufficient in quantity and had aging performance, which could not meet the daily logistics handling needs. Therefore, it purchased 3.5-ton forklifts from us, requiring the equipment to be flexible in operation and stable in load-bearing capacity. At the same time, it needed to comply with local environmental emission standards in Indonesia, and hoped that we could provide timely after-sales support.​

In response to the customer’s needs, we recommended 3.5-ton electric forklifts that met Indonesia’s environmental standards. These forklifts adopted high-efficiency and energy-saving motors, with low operating noise and little pollution, which were in line with local environmental requirements. In the equipment production, high-quality components were selected, such as high-wear-resistant tires and reliable hydraulic systems, to ensure that the forklifts had stable load-bearing capacity and a long service life. At the same time, the operation control system of the forklifts was optimized to make the operation more convenient and flexible, reducing the work intensity of the operators.​

After the production of the equipment was completed, strict quality inspections were conducted to ensure that all performance indicators met the standards. Then, a professional logistics team was arranged to be responsible for transportation, and the logistics information was tracked throughout the process to ensure that the equipment was safely and punctually delivered to the customer’s site in Indonesia. We also dispatched technicians to the site for equipment installation, commissioning, and operation training to help the customer’s personnel quickly master the forklift operation methods. In addition, a long-term after-sales cooperation mechanism was established to provide the customer with regular equipment maintenance reminders and fault repair services, ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the forklifts and helping the customer improve logistics handling efficiency.
