New Order for 3.5m³ Self-loading Trucks Exported to Tanzania
A Tanzanian engineering and construction company needed a large number of 3.5m³ self-loading trucks for the transportation of sand, gravel, building materials and other materials when participating in the local road construction project. It required the self-loading trucks to have a large loading capacity and high transportation efficiency, and be able to adapt to the poor road conditions at the project site. At the same time, it hoped that we could provide fast equipment delivery and technical support services.
Based on the customer’s needs, we gave priority to allocating production resources to ensure the production progress of the 3.5m³ self-loading trucks. The self-loading trucks adopted a large-capacity hopper design to effectively increase the loading capacity and meet the customer’s demand for transporting a large amount of materials. They were equipped with a powerful engine and a reliable transmission system to ensure that the vehicles had sufficient power to drive stably under poor road conditions and improve transportation efficiency. During the production process, the key components of the self-loading trucks, such as the chassis and suspension system, were strengthened to enhance the durability of the equipment and adapt to the complex operation environment of the project site.
We strictly controlled the production cycle to ensure that the equipment completed production and quality inspection on time. Then, the equipment was shipped to Tanzania through professional logistics channels. After the equipment arrived, our technicians rushed to the site as soon as possible to assist the customer in equipment acceptance, installation, and commissioning, and provided detailed technical training for the customer’s operators, including equipment operation specifications and daily maintenance points. After the self-loading trucks were put into the road construction project, the transportation efficiency exceeded the customer’s expectations, providing a strong guarantee for the smooth progress of the project. The customer stated that they would continue to cooperate with us.
