90 m³/h Concrete Batching Plant Exported to Tanzania

The Tanzanian government launched a number of road and bridge construction projects to promote local infrastructure construction, and was in urgent need of a set of 90 m³/h concrete batching plant for concrete production. It required the batching plant to have high production efficiency and stable concrete quality, and be able to adapt to the unstable power supply in Tanzania. At the same time, it hoped that we could provide one-stop services such as equipment installation, commissioning, and personnel training.

Upon receiving the demand, we quickly organized a technical team to carry out scheme design. To address the problem of unstable power supply in Tanzania, a backup generator was equipped for the 90 m³/h concrete batching plant to ensure the normal operation of the equipment in case of power failure and avoid affecting the project construction progress. In the selection of core components of the batching plant, internationally renowned brands of mixing hosts and batching systems were chosen to ensure the production efficiency and quality stability of concrete. At the same time, the control system of the batching plant was optimized to realize automatic operation, reduce manual intervention, and lower operation errors.

During the production process, we strictly controlled each production link. Professional quality inspectors were arranged to supervise from raw material inspection to equipment assembly and commissioning to ensure that the equipment met the design standards and customer needs. After the equipment production was completed, it was shipped to Tanzania by sea. We arranged a special person to track the logistics progress throughout the process to ensure that the equipment arrived safely and on time. After the equipment arrived at the port, the technical team rushed to the site immediately, overcame the difficulties of limited local construction conditions, and efficiently completed the installation and commissioning of the batching plant. Subsequently, a two-week comprehensive training was provided for local operators and technicians, covering equipment operation, daily maintenance, fault diagnosis, and concrete mix adjustment. After the batching plant was put into use, it stably and efficiently supplied high-quality concrete for local infrastructure projects, which was highly recognized by the relevant departments of the Tanzanian government.
