Customized Concrete Pump Machine Order From Zimbabwe

Sinotech Groups recently had the privilege of hosting a customer delegation from Algeria. The visiting customer, a well-established construction company in Algeria, placed an order for 2 state-of-the-art concrete pumps.

These concrete pumps are engineered to meet the most demanding construction requirements. They feature a high-pressure pumping system capable of delivering concrete at a rate of up to 80 cubic meters per hour, ensuring rapid progress on construction sites.

The pumps are also equipped with advanced hydraulic systems that guarantee smooth and stable operation, minimizing the risk of blockages.​

During the factory visit, the Algerian customer’s team was given a comprehensive tour. They witnessed the entire production process, starting from the meticulous cutting and shaping of high-grade steel plates for the pump’s body to the precise installation of imported hydraulic components.

Our engineers provided detailed explanations at each stage, highlighting the strict quality control measures in place. For example, every weld on the pump’s structure is inspected using ultrasonic testing equipment to ensure its integrity.​

The customer was particularly interested in the pumps’ adaptability to different concrete mixes. Our technical experts demonstrated how the pumps can handle both normal-strength and high-strength concrete with ease. After a series of on-site tests and in-depth discussions, the Algerian customer expressed great satisfaction.
