Kenyan Customer’s Order for Concrete Placing Boom

Sinotech Groups recently had the honor of hosting a Kenyan customer who was on the lookout for high – quality concrete placing booms. The customer, a leading construction firm in Kenya, was undertaking several large – scale infrastructure and building projects. For instance, the welding of the boom’s structure is performed by highly skilled welders and is followed by non – destructive testing methods to ensure the integrity of the joints.​

The customer was particularly impressed by our after – sales service commitment. We have a dedicated team of technicians who are available 24/7 to provide on – site support, whether it’s for installation, maintenance, or emergency repairs. We also offer comprehensive training programs for the customer’s operators, ensuring they can use the equipment to its full potential safely and efficiently. In addition, our R & D team engaged in in – depth discussions with the Kenyan customer. The customer had some specific requirements regarding the boom’s adaptability to the local construction environment, such as dealing with frequent power outages. Our engineers proposed solutions like equipping the boom with an emergency power backup system. After seeing prototypes and detailed technical drawings of these customized features, the customer was convinced of our ability to meet their unique needs.​
