Malaysian Customer’s Order for Road Sweeping Machines

A customer from Malaysia recently placed an order for several road-sweeping machines. In Malaysia, with its rapid urban development and increasing focus on environmental cleanliness, these road sweeping machines are essential.​

Our road sweeping machines are designed with advanced technology to ensure thorough cleaning. They are equipped with a combination of mechanical brooms and powerful suction systems. The mechanical brooms, made of high-quality bristles, can effectively sweep debris from the road surface, while the suction system, with a suction power of up to 5000 Pa, can pick up even the smallest particles, including dust and sand. The machines also have a large debris-holding tank with a capacity of 8 cubic meters, reducing the frequency of emptying.​

During the visit, the Malaysian customer had in-depth discussions with our R & D team. They expressed concerns about the local road conditions, such as the presence of palm oil residues in some areas. Our engineers proposed custom-made solutions, such as using special detergents in the water-spraying system to better clean oil-based residues. The customer was shown prototypes of these customized features and was impressed by our company’s ability to adapt to specific market needs. After a comprehensive inspection of the production facilities and a test run of the road-sweeping machines, the customer placed the order.
